  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice the sweet potato into matchsticks. Microwave the matchsticks for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Toss the sweet potato with the coconut oil, cinnamon, and chili powder.
  4. Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 15 minutes (or longer, if needed).
  5. While the fries cook, prepare the fries. Heat about 1 cup of water until steaming and soak the dates for about 5 minutes.
  6. Drain the dates. Blend them with the remaining dip ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add more almond milk as necessary to achieve desired consistency.
  7. Transfer the dip to a bowl and the fries to a plate. Serve!

Feel free to use another type of nut butter if you can’t eat peanuts!
