  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grate the sweet potato. Using a potato masher or your fingers, mash the banana. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Serve.
