To make the chia pudding, mix the hot coffee, almond milk, and coconut milk together. Add the maple syrup and stir to combine. Add the chia seeds and mix thoroughly. Once the mixture is homogeneous, mix in the cocoa powder.
Chill the chia pudding in the fridge and stir every 15 minutes or so to prevent clumping. After 30 minutes, the pudding should be done (the seeds gel up faster due to the hot coffee), but you can soak it overnight if you so choose.
Meanwhile, blend together all the smoothie ingredients until smooth. If you would like more protein in your smoothie, add your favorite protein powder.
Layer the smoothie and the chia pudding in a jar. Layer in fresh cherries and strawberries (or other berries) and almonds as desired. Serve and enjoy!
