  1. Place all of the ingredients except for the toppings in a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Top with desired toppings, such as chia seeds, coconut flakes, sliced banana, nut butter, or even (Paleo-approved) jelly!
