  1. Heat the almond milk and coconut milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and pumpkin puree. Whisk vigorously to combine.
  2. Heat the mixture until it begins steaming. Pour in the coffee and whisk to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a cup and top with whipped coconut cream, if desired. Enjoy!
