  1. Heat the almond milk over medium heat. Add the vanilla extract, flaxseed, and chia seeds. Whisk.
  2. Add the coconut and almond flours and combine thoroughly. Reduce heat to low and continue to whisk constantly.
  3. Add the toasted coconut shreds, chopped almonds, maple syrup (if desired), and salt.
  4. Cook over low heat until the porridge reaches desired consistency. Whisk as needed, and add extra almond milk if necessary.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit, additional maple syrup (if desired), coconut shreds, and coconut cream.
