  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Whisk the flours, cocoa powder, coffee, baking powder, and salt together. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, honey, and coconut oil.
  3. Make a well in the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the well and mix fully.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 7×11 (2 liter) pan and bake in the prepared oven for 20 minutes.
  5. While the cake bakes, prepare the ganache: In a double boiler, melt the chocolate, butter, coconut/almond milk, and coffee. Once it is completely melted, chill it in the fridge until it is thick and cool. Use an electric mixer to beat the ganache until it is fluffy.
  6. Spread the ganache over the cake once the cake is completely cool. Slice into pieces and serve!
