  1. Sautee the onion in a bit of olive oil until translucent. Mince the garlic and add to the skillet. Cook until fragrant.
  2. Add the bell peppers, green chile, and bacon. Cook the mixture for about 5 minutes.
  3. Steam the cauliflower rice in the microwave and remove excess water. Add the rice to the skillet and add salt to taste.
  4. Add the red chile sauce, salsa, and spices. Cook until the entire mixture has heated through and is fragrant.
  5. Serve the hash with an egg, feta, cilantro, and fresh cherry tomatoes (if desired). Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

For a vegetarian version, omit bacon. For a vegan option, omit both bacon and egg.
