  1. Blend the coffee, coconut oil, almond milk, maple syrup, and cocoa powder together until creamy and foamy.
  2. Place desired amount of ice in a glass or cup. Pour the coffee over ice and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

This recipe works with warm coffee best, because the coconut oil needs a little heat to melt. The drink cools down quickly with the ice, so even hot coffee works.

 

For a Whole30 latte, omit the maple syrup.
