  1. Preheat grill to 500 degrees F.
  2. Prepare sliders by combining all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl. Form six patties.
  3. Carefully halve an avocado and remove the pit. Repeat with the other two avocados. Drizzle each half with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Cook the sliders and the avocados on the grill for 3-5 minutes per side, until the sliders’ juices run clear the and the avocados’ flesh is soft and blackened.
  5. Assemble the burger boats by placing one slider in each boat. Top with assorted toppings of choice.
Recipe Notes
  • For a vegan version,┬átoss 6 ounces of cooked chickpeas with the burger seasonings. Bake them in the oven at 450 degrees F for about 30 minutes, until crispy. Stuff your avocado with the chickpeas instead of meat!
