Mix the chicken with the salsa and optional spices. Preheat an oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
If using one green bell pepper, slice the pepper in half and divide the chicken inbetween the two halves. If using two green bell peppers, slice off the tops and divide the chicken inbetween the two peppers.
Spread the red chile sauce (if using) on top of the chicken. Top with an egg.
Cook the peppers in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
