Dairy-free Tortilla Pizza (GF, Paleo)
Paleo or gluten-free
dairy-free cheese dip
Whole30-compliant tomato sauce
cooked bacon or pepperoni
as much as desired
red bell pepper
large handful spinach
Spread the dairy-free cheese dip (see note for link to my recipe!) on the tortilla. Place the tortilla in a skillet over medium heat.
Once the cheese dip has warmed through, spread the tomato sauce on top. Add the bacon/pepperoni and avocado.
In a separate skillet, cook the egg according to your preference. Once the pizza has warmed through completely, remove it from the skillet. Add the egg, sliced avocado, and spinach on top. Enjoy!
