Dairy-free Tortilla Pizza (GF, Paleo)

This Dairy-free Tortilla Pizza is one of my favorite recipes of all time! It’s simple, healthy, and delicious, and it only takes fifteen minutes to make! I used my Dairy-free “Cheese” Sauce in this recipe, and it honestly tastes like real cheese. This pizza has avocado, bell pepper, spinach, bacon, and an egg. It’s so good!

Dairy-free Tortilla Pizza

When I was little, I made tortilla pizzas all the time! Typically, those pizzas included a flour tortilla base, a TON of cheese, some pepperoni, and maybe some tomato sauce if I was in the mood for a “vegetable.” (Just kidding, I wasn’t that unhealthy. I ate real veggies pretty regularly!) This tortilla pizza is a healthier version of my childhood favorite — it’s gluten-free and dairy-free. I made mine with a brown rice tortilla, but you can use a cassava/coconut/almond flour tortilla if you have one. Then, I replaced the cheese with my own Dairy-free “Cheese” Sauce and loaded the whole thing up with extra vegetables!

Dairy-free Tortilla Pizza

This Dairy-free Tortilla Pizza is one of my new favorite recipes! I made it three times in about a week . . . so yeah, I guess you could say it’s pretty good. 😉 One of the best things about it is how easy it is! If you already have a bowl of my Dairy-free cheese sauce in your fridge (which you should because it’s the bomb, ha ha), you can make this whole thing in ten minutes or less!

My family and I are all huge fans of thin-crust pizzas, so we love this Dairy-free Tortilla Pizza! It crisps up in a skillet, so the bottom is super crunchy, thin, and light. It’s great as a light lunch, especially since it provides clean fuel and lots of vegetables! Of course, it’s also great for Friday nights when you’re craving pizza! 😉

Instructions
  1. Spread the dairy-free cheese dip (see note for link to my recipe!) on the tortilla. Place the tortilla in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once the cheese dip has warmed through, spread the tomato sauce on top. Add the bacon/pepperoni and avocado.
  3. In a separate skillet, cook the egg according to your preference. Once the pizza has warmed through completely, remove it from the skillet. Add the egg, sliced avocado, and spinach on top. Enjoy!
