  1. Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, curry powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add in the chicken, apple, celery, apricots, raisins, and almonds.
  3. Serve the salad in lettuce cups, mushroom caps, bell peppers, over spinach, on bread, or by itself!
