I’m writing this post late at night, when weird things run through my brain. Right now, I’m thinking about how good these bars would taste if they were dipped in chocolate. That would probably make them taste even more like a real dessert! I guess that wasn’t a super weird thought, but it was kinda unorthodox, right? I don’t know.
When I asked you all for recipe ideas on my Instagram account, many of you requested gingerbread and peppermint recipes! Both of those are on the way: I have two more ginger-y recipes (too much? I think not) and one chocolate-peppermint recipe (which may be the best thing to ever come out of my kitchen!!) coming in the next few weeks. I’m so excited to share these recipes with you, since they are actually some of my favorites ever.
Unfortunately, I got behind on some of my photographing the other day. A few of my shoots turned out really really dark, which stinks. Don’t tell me why, but I thought I could get away with photographing at 4:30 p.m. less than two weeks from the shortest day of the year. I should be able to fix the issue in post-processing, but it’s just an irritating little thing that I thought I’d share with you.
