Bagels & Lox Deviled Eggs (Paleo & Whole30)

Peel the boiled eggs and slice them in half. Carefully scrape the yolks into a bowl.
Add the mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mash the mixture with a fork for a chunkier combination, or blend with a hand mixer for a smooth puree.
Pipe the puree back into the egg whites. Top with small pieces of smoked salmon, a liberal sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning, and dill (if desired).
