  1. Place the almonds in a large bowl. Fill the bowl with water until the almonds are completely covered and add a sprinkle of salt.
  2. Soak the almonds for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
  3. Drain and rinse the almonds thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 270 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Toss the almonds with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Spread them in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the almonds in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, until they are completely dry. Remove them from the oven and cool for 5-10 minutes, until crunchy.
  6. Place the almonds in a blender with the coconut oil and desired amount of salt. Blend until completely smooth. Add more salt if desired and enjoy!
